THANKS FOR HAVING THE VIDEO BACK. mADE A REAL DIFFERENCE FOR ME. yES I NEED TO LET THE RESISTANCE JUST FLOW THROUGH ME. it is there no use hiding it by pushing it away. flowing through me felt different somehow than releasing it. Thanks for the wording. amazing what a difference that CAN make. thank yoy i love you.
