Al and Ingrid, thank you. I always love the reminder to be grateful. The tapping was perfect. I am grateful for my life and the opportunity to tap together today.
It was a beautiful call. I’m interested in Ingrid’s statement – “we don’t judge, condone or excuse what has happened”. I understand not judging, and not condoning, but if I don’t excuse, is that the same as not forgiving?
