Things are changing in my life - long time friends are even moving away, and new friends are following new friends, into my life. I feel energized to stretch myself further to "learn and teach" (which is how I personally perceive our purpose here). I am well past our traditional retirement age, but feel a youthful urge to expand and grow with the meaning and purpose within all of these changes. 8for8 is part of this delightful growth awareness. Each participant brings "peace and joy" to the feeling of being connected on the live call, (even at 5 a.m. Pacific time). Every call is a gift, as it urges me to reframe my original thinking, opening self-consultation with my (thank you, Bruce Lipton) "belief system". And thank you Al, Paul, Till, and other regulars who we only know by first name, or "good morning". Your faithful attendance is hugely important to the rest of us.

I too want to understand better the lessons I am here to learn. It does make it (life) easier knowing why some people/relationships are in my awareness. A while ago I would have asked - What did I do to attract that? Now I understand the gift.
I still struggle with understanding the traggic death of people (ie, murder). It is hard for me to imagine a young, beautiful woman needing this experience,(being murdered) and harder to imagine asking for this experience, however I am begining to understand and your call today helped.
Cleaning, cleaning and more cleaning.
Thanks Al, have a wonderful week.
PS Love the Halifax Farmers Market, and lovin' the abundance of green!
