too hard to follow the EFT tap session. You need to pause and use shorter sentences so that we have time to repeat the phrase.
Otherwise, it’s a great call.
Great way to start Thanksgiving, thank you. My 1st time to the calls, not being familiar with EFT I found it hard to follow tapping locations and listening to the phrase at the same time. Thought even if there was a diagram to the side that showed the locations it would be helpful for us unfamiliar soles. Then I watched last week’s video, much easier to follow. Not sure if video can be loaded at the same time or if some other visual aid would help new people get the most out of the sessions. Great way to start each week, thank you.
Have a Great Day! Love Rudi W (Vancouver Island)
I think the first recording was great! I have copied the “script” and use it each day.
Thanks!
Brilliant. many thanks. will endeavor to listen again each morning this week and will be sure to post some feedback. Your 8am is our 1pm, so I will catch up each evening after work. Finding this recording and listening is the first thing I have done since I got in, even before feeding cats and rabbits! love from Wales, UK. and happy thanksgiving to Canada. x
Happy Thanksgiving to you, too and thank you for the inspiration this Monday. Making a new start and considering the possibility that it is by changing my perspective is how I can change the world today.
Much appreciated.
Thank you for your comments, I hope to find 100 more by this time tomorrow. What I really hope for is evidence of things going right in your lives. We often are in the habit of finding what is wrong or what is bothering us. As you assimilate the ideas I have been lead to talk about I trust you will find small successes, small inspirations or even major shifts in awareness. Everything starts with an idea and we can share our ideas with each other in this forum. Please invite your friends and family to join us.
I appreciate the feedback about EFT tapping points and the speed of delivery. We will make sure you have access to the tapping points I am using. I will be sure to allow time to follow the EFT sequence.
I had a conversation with a man today who brought toy weapons to a group family picnic and had all the kids (including my 5.5 year old son Shea) playing with toy guns and swords. In a different time in my life I may have had some judgment about that, not allowed Shea to play with the weapons and asked the man to monitor their use. Instead, today, we ended up having a conversation about “what would happen if we took all the money and resources so far spent on war in Afghanistan and Iraq, laid down our arms and peacefully began building schools and supporting the women and children of these poor villages?” I posed the question…”would some of the peace keepers be killed by Al-Qaeda or the Taliban? Yes. Would some of the women and children be killed by Al-Qaeda or the Taliban? Yes. Would there be any “collateral damage” by Canadian or US forces? No. Would we eventually win the hearts and minds of the people of those countries if we visited them with love and charity in our hearts? Absolutely!. Love, forgiveness and gratitude are always stronger than brute force. When we stop celebrating war and those who waged war on our behalf we may “change our perspective and change the world today” as Sang-gye so aptly put it above.
I love you,I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you.

Thank you very much for making all this available for free! It is very valuable and I am very grateful!
I started with this a few days ago. I have noticed a beginning relief. It is a bit hard to explain. I have written down all sorts of memories which in one way or another causes me pain, stress or discomfort. They are related to some profound failures in my life and to things I think I did wrong.
Then I take a few of these each time and tap on them until the discomfort etc. has been reduced significantly.
One thing surprises me and it is that I really have to remind myself to this. It is as if there is something holding me back and wanting to have things as they are for some reason.
From a logical point of view this is really stupid!
I am working on coming up with a clever tapping procedure to get this out of the way. Perhaps you would have some suggestions?
Best wishes
It was great to be on the call live, not only to tap along and benefit for myself, but to help hold the space for the unfolding of the call in the moment, knowing that others would then benefit from it later.
Only problem down here in Australia was getting all inspired at 10:30pm & then going to bed. But hey, what better mindset to go to bed with.
Thanks
Grant
Rolf, thanks for the feedback. Resistance to tapping on issues that have been long held is very common. Please be, as Miguel Ruiz says in The Four Agreements, “impeccable with your language”. Please, even in explanatory language mode, call yourself gifted rather than stupid. If you revisit the first call from the home page I tap on “even though I am not perfect I am perfect in my imperfection.” “I celebrate my mistakes and failures as they give me clues on how to heal myself. I love you, I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you.”
Use your own language as above in your post for a tapping affirmation. “Even though I have this resistance to tapping on my issues, I love and accept myself”. Even though there is something holding me back, I am filled with peace and joy” “Even though I am afraid of fundamental change, I choose to step over my fear and change anyway”. “I am no longer held back by ideas from my childhood and I feel safe, as an adult to release these long held feelings of (insert problem here…low self esteem; self loathing; feeling stupid; self anger;…etc)as I am on my journey to loving and accepting myself”.
One of the exercises I have my clients do is to write an “I will statement”. This is a statement, at least as long as 1/2 sheet of regular paper, that says all the things you are going to do to bring about positive change in your life. It is important to focus on what you will do as opposed to what you will stop doing. As you write this letter to yourself, which will include several individual statements, listen to the objections that come up in your head; the limiting self beliefs that object to what you intend to do. These limiting beliefs should be written down as soon as you are aware of them and used later for tapping fuel. Now you have an “I will statement” and limiting beliefs to tap on.
Each positive “I will” sentence, as an example, might go something like: “I will listen carefully to my partner when she has concerns about our relationship and react with love rather than defensiveness” you can add “and I love and accept myself” or something as positive, to the end of this and have a ready made, positive, tapping affirmation. The objection that might come up here is: “It’s hard to feel love for someone who is always putting me down” Turn it into a tapping affirmation by adding “oh well, it is what it is and I love and accept my partner as i love and accept myself” or “I love and forgive myself for projecting the way I feel about myself on to her attempts to communicate”.
I hope this is helpful. Keep up the conversation i will try to respond as quickly as i have time.

Grant, we talked about those who would be live on the call as adding their energy to the call. Thanks for your comment. I encourage as many people as possible to join us live so the collective energy will grow and flourish.
You are loved,

Al,
could you give us a little more info on the Ho’oponopono statement: “I love you,…” It is powerful stuff!
I’m so much enjoying these tapping sessions, thanks a million
Love

Thank you so much, and thank you for the opportunity to view this video today. It helped; again, when I couldn’t seem to find my inspiration this morning, I used this great 8 minute inspirational zap! It is so simple. Simple is good. I’ll look forward to seeing you at the Wellness Expo today.
