It seems whatever people (including EFT clients and, yes even practitioners), have been prescribed or recommended to make them “feel better”, they do JUST that. JUST ENOUGH to “feel better”. Then, as Al says, we sit on the bench. Perhaps, it has been so long since we have felt OPTIMAL that we think we can stop there. But there’s more.

Gary Craig recognized this and tells us to “do it all day every day – MAKE it habitual, synchronized with other habitual things we do in the day,” (brush your teeth, take your vitamins, afternoon coffee break, lights-out at night etc.,) - those typical habits will easily accept another one in the routine – a round or two of tapping, for instance, and/or the Ho’Oponopono words. THAT’s how we get to where we want to be. But from here, we can’t see how amazing that will be, so we stop after the first level, just at the “feeling better bench”.

We have to get off the bench and see for ourselves. When people chime the words; “There’s more to life than….” They’re saying there are still gifts we haven’t opened yet! There are even more things we can thank and be grateful for…We instinctively suspect that, but instead, we use our ego. As Al says, “It works for us, but we don’t do it”. We don’t know what we don’t know…so we have to TRUST that there’s MORE, and continuously “tap into” our inner self, our live connection to Spirit.

Thank you for the reminder to "do what works for us" Al.
